- Rank Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a rank refund, the player must not have logged into the server even once after the purchase.
- Time Window: Refund requests for eligible ranks must be officially submitted within 12 hours of the payment timestamp.
- Deductions: All eligible rank refunds are subject to a tax and processing fee deduction. The remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method.
